This beautiful apartment is situated at the beach in L´Estartit.
The complex has a large pool with child pool, a tennis court, a small playground and a closed private parking.
The apartment consists of a living room with comfortable settee, a dining table and chairs , a double bedroom with good quality mattresses , and a twin bedroom (a fifth place to sleep can easily be created ).
A shower room with toilet and sink, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The apartment is on the third floor. There is an elevator.
