This spacious and fully equiped holidayhouse is situated in a quiet , beautifull villa district of l´Estartit and has a community pool with grasarea, just next door to the villa.
Downstairs: Lounge with satelite TV and comfortable sofa combined with a 2 pers. bedsofa, dining table, a well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave/oven, showerroom with toilet and a twin bedroom. From the living room you have access to the terrace and the garden from where you have a magnificent wide seaview.
The first floor consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large bathroom with toilet and washing machine. From the first floor you have access to another terrace with fantastic views.
Optional you can use the airconditiong. There is a double airco, one for downstairs and one for upstairs.
As an extra guestservice, there are about 20 towels in the house which you can use for free.
